Where do you ship?

We ship across India via trusted couriers (Delhivery). We currently don’t ship internationally.

How soon will my order be dispatched?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is 3–7 working days after dispatch — so most orders arrive within about 5–10 days of ordering. Remote pincodes may take a little longer.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight, size and destination of your order. We also run free-shipping promotions on selected orders — keep an eye on the announcement bar.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes — COD is available across most serviceable pincodes. Enter your pincode on any product page to instantly check COD & delivery time for your area.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Contact us as soon as possible — we can update it only before the order is processed (within the 24-hour window). We can’t be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you’ll get a tracking number by SMS & email. Track it anytime on our Track Your Order page — just enter the number for live status, location and ETA.

I haven’t received a tracking number yet.

Tracking is shared once your order is dispatched (within 2–3 business days). Freshly-shipped parcels can take a few hours to start showing scans.

My tracking hasn’t updated in a couple of days.

Parcels are scanned at each hub, so short gaps are normal — especially over weekends. If there’s no movement for more than 3–4 days, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll chase it for you.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was delivered. Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos or a video of the issue.

What condition must the item be in?

The item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

What items can’t be returned?

We can’t accept returns for:

  • Fabric texture, thickness or material preference
  • Size/fit issues where measurements were provided
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Final Sale items
  • Customised or personalised products
  • Gift cards and food items
How do I request a return or exchange?

Email support@kaarkash.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos or a video. Once approved, we’ll share return instructions.

When will I get my refund?

After we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or store credit.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes — but only for items that are damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered. Contact us with your order details and photos to arrange it.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Once an order enters processing or shipping, it can no longer be cancelled.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net-banking and wallets, as well as Cash on Delivery on serviceable pincodes.

How do I save ₹150 by paying online?

Choose to pay online and apply code PREPAID at checkout for ₹150 off (on orders above ₹1,499). Prepaid orders also get priority dispatch.

Is there a first-order discount?

Yes! New shoppers get ₹150 off their first order — look out for the welcome offer pop-up and apply the code at checkout.

Do you have a free gift offer?

Spend ₹1,999 or more and a free gift is automatically added to your cart. The cart bar shows how close you are to unlocking it.

Are prices inclusive of taxes?

All prices are shown in INR (₹). Any applicable taxes, discounts and shipping are calculated and shown at checkout.

Are your products handmade?

It depends on the piece. Where an item is hand-crafted or hand-embroidered, that’s clearly noted in its product description — so always check the description on the product page for the exact details of that specific item. For handmade pieces, small variations in pattern or colour are natural and part of their charm.

How do I pick the right size?

On apparel product pages, tap the Size Guide for a measurement chart (inches/cm). Exact measurements are also in the product description — please check them before ordering, as fit-based returns aren’t accepted.

How should I care for my product?

Care instructions are on each product page under Fabric & Care. As a rule, delicate Kashmiri weaves (Pashmina, fine embroidery) are best dry-cleaned or gently hand-washed, and stored folded away from direct sunlight.

Will the colour exactly match the photos?

We photograph our products as accurately as possible, but actual colours can vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting.

Do I need an account to order?

No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional and just makes re-ordering and tracking faster.

How is my personal data used?

We use your details only to process orders, provide support and — with your consent — send offers. We never sell your data. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I stop marketing emails?

Click unsubscribe at the bottom of any marketing email, or update your preferences in your account. You’ll still receive essential order updates.
