Kaar Kash Refund and Returns Policy

Here at Kaar Kash, we make sure you are satisfied with our product. If, for any reason, you are not fully happy with your purchase, feel free to contact us, and we will try our best to make things right for you.

Eligible for Return

You are eligible for return within 7 days of the original purchase. The item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received, along with being in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as:

• Gift cards

• Custom-made or personalized items

• Food items

Return Process

The cost of shipping will be at the customer’s expense. Shipping services that offer tracking or shipping insurance for your returns are highly recommended, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Your returned item will be received and thoroughly checked at our end. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If your request is approved, the credit will be added to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds

Part of the amount can be refunded under certain conditions (if applicable). This includes items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If in case you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at [support@kaarkash.com] for an exchange.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, the order may have been placed in the processing stage, in which case it cannot be canceled. Hence, if at all you wish to cancel an order, make sure to get in touch with us at the earliest.
